Hey there Core-Techs – just wanted to let you know there will not be a Serenity development update this week, due to that force of nature known as Comic-Con. Your FFSW team is off to San Diego and so won’t be available to do the update.

However, there will be an FX Friday update – an especially exciting one. Plus, you never know, there could always be a surprise of two from the show floor we just *have* to share with you!

Not to worry, we’ll be back with another regular update next week. And maybe a new contest? Yeah, that’s the ticket.

A couple folks have pinged me since I turned on comment avatars asking how they can set up their own avatars. Figured other folks might be interested in doing the same, so here’s the simple getting started instructions.

The Firefly Ship Works uses “Gravatars” (Global Avatars) to get its comment avatars. Getting your Gravatar couldn’t be simpler: Just go to www.gravatar.com and set-up a free account using the e-mail address you post with here.
